over the United States. OHC is responsible for identification of lead based
paint and performing risk assessments at each housing to determine the
extend of lead contamination inside the units and in the soil.
OHC prepares a CADD site
plan that clearly indicates the major architectural and topographical
features, such as the locations of buildings and other structures; fences,
streets, driveways and parking lots; pools, ponds and streams; large hills
and ditches; and compass orientation. The intent of the site plan is to
provide HUD and the Owner with a visual definition map for codes and terms
used by the inspector to track and report results. OHC shall ensure that
reported test result locations correlate with designations used on the site
plan. Names of architectural and topographical features shall be consistent
throughout the report. The designations shall be used to record and report
locations of tests made. OHC shall place on the site plan a unique label
for each major architectural and topographical feature.
